I am amazed at the magic that can happen with some yarn, a hook and a thoughtful mind. I have been a fan of work for some time now. The pieces she creates with such care of shape and color really move me. My heart certainly beats faster and my mind begins to race a bit. I first saw her work in person when . I especially love this shot, reminds me of the charts I love so much.
I probably do my best thinking in the shower. There are other good places for me, but I can always count on the shower for some good relaxed down time, then WHAM! something hits.

I think these are pretty and functional, I’d rather have this in my kitchen for trash and recycling than the not-a-bit-of-style blue and green recycling bins. Recycling is cool and smart, why can’t the accessories be more like these! at .

I’ve been thinking about my holiday cards this year. Actually, I haven’t sent any out in the past few years, I start too late, and making most of my gifts, the cards get pushed aside. This year though, I have an idea, a greener idea, that involves email, but hopefully won’t be deleted. (Not that any of my family or friends would EVER delete one of MY emails) I’m thinking a “card” that can be emailed, and printed out and hung on the tree, or mantle or framed to be KEPT FOREVER.
