I haven’t checked and counted the days that we’ve been here (in Seattle that is…), but it’s been a few weeks and we are meeting new friends, catching up with old friends and visiting some really fun places. We’ve had a few nights of tears and missing our old home, but when morning comes and play begins, we stash those feelings for a wee bit.

Gorilla Statue Love
This little pup wandered into our lives one day, just walked right up to the front door. We took care of it for a few days before we took it to the vet, then to the shelter to await his new home. Iz cried as we left him at the shelter, she loved this little pup so, so much.
We made Dutch Babies one morning. yum.
It’s been just lovely, the weather is different from what I remember, the storms now include thunder and lightening and this one ended with a rainbow.
izzi and autumn are very cute together.
We’re getting ready for a move too. The excitement is outweighing most of the emotional aspect of it, though I know there will be many days when we miss the comfort of a familiar home. Thanks for sharing these pics and a bit more of your story with us.
