My wee one is two and a half so we hit melt down days too. What I wonder is why they always happen on days I am least able to deal with it? I must be vibing her into a black hole of moodiness! As far as ice-pops go we put in plaine yogurt, a bunch of frozen mixed berries and some a dash of juice to thin it out a bit. We also just started putting in frozen spinach. I am not the type to put frozen spinach in ice-pops but I assure you that there is no taste to it and if you are two, you tend to not mind the green flecks! Those are the days, eh?
