Flour Art

I got a library card the other day. It’s probably been about 10 years since I checked books out from a library. Our little local yokal library is quite wonderful, and I found the craft section. Most of the books were from the 70s, and they were pretty wonderful. I found this book, written in 1973, and decided to make up the Flour Modeling Clay, it’s salt, hot water and flour. AS you can see, a lot of fun was to be had with playdoh tools and extra flour. I’ll cook it for an hour, and hopefully it will be dry enough to paint.
