I love being inspired. I’ve been working (slowly – I have a 19 month old that takes 99.9% of my time) on starting my own business and I am always curious what others are doing and are interested in. My brain starts twirling in all different directions. My heart beats a little faster, I get pretty excited. There are the sites I find through links and links from other sites like .
Then there are the people I know and love doing amazing things like:
, , , and !
– you go girls! I was fortunate enough to work on a project with the Beckermans and love reading about them in the news.
Marcus –
These puts me in project heaven! We haven’t visited the in a while, but hope to stop by soon.
Stacey’s is amazing and the fact that she makes a ton of what’s in there is super impressive. I took a poncho class with her years ago (and now I am making one for my daughter), and I am amazed at her knowledge of knitting and apparel – not to mention . Wish I was still in Brooklyn so I could visit – I’ll just keep reading her .
I was so fortunate to work with Helane in a previous life, and to see Helane’s grow – it’s really exciting and cool. Again – makes me wish I was still in NYC so I could spend some of my time knitting here.
Aimee, a long time friend who was able to start her , then help her husband launch his own business.
And there are so many more. To all my friends who make beautiful art and accessories, help to decorate the world and , and those who just make it all a better place – thanks for inspiring. You guys all ROCK!
Come on out – due to global warming, it’s nice and sunny. We NEED you here!!!
